    Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for a qualified Damage Restoration Technician to join our team We take the stress and trouble away from finding each individual the right employment opportunityCandidates with Inspection cleaning and restoration Certification (IICRC) are strongly encouraged to applyResponsibilities:Follow job site safety conditions and procedural protocolPerform assigned tasks as part of the crew with quality and careBe a flexible team player and demonstrate a can-do attitude at all timesPerform disaster response or crisis management activities pertaining to water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, or other immediate need-based servicesWater extraction, remedial demolition and dryingClean smoke damage from affected structures and contentsMaintain company image and attitudeBe willing to participate in an on-call rotation at least one week per month.

    Take the initiative to improve technical knowledge and personal performanceAttend restoration/mitigation training seminarsRequired Skills:

    Excellent communication and customer service skillsExpress curiosity, problem solving and interest in developing knowledge of current technology and systemsIndustry certifications helpful, but not necessary; we will train you in state of the art methods and proceduresExperience in the fire and water damage restoration and mold remediation industry is REQUIRED.Attention to detail.


    Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
    Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistanceExposure to chemicalsWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)

    Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objectsExperience:
    Restoration: 2-3 years (Required)

    Must have a valid driver license and good driving historyJob Type:
    Full-time

    Pay Rate:
    $ $28.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)

    Health insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftOn call
