    We are the exterior specialist that brings unique and transparent services to our clients. Honest Exteriors has a proven reputation for high quality services with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Field Supervisors build relationships with subcontractors, crews and suppliers and show how HE is making a difference to our clients.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year construction experience.
    • Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
    • Must be comfortable climbing roofs.
    • Knowledge of roofing, siding, and windows is a plus.
    • Ability to take initiative with a positive attitude.
    • Strong self-management and organizational skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Takes a sincere interest in what the client truly needs.

    Job Descriptions

    • Supervising Subcontractors and crew members.
    • Inspecting materials for accurate project orders.
    • Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
    • Serve as onsite quality and safety control.
    • Handle inspections and permits.
    • Develop and execute punch lists.
    • Perform warranty work.
    • Purchasing, delivering, and returning materials and tools per job.

    Benefits
