Job Title: Audio Video Maintenance Technician
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Audio Video Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our technical support group, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio and video systems. This role requires a keen understanding of audio-visual equipment, including but not limited to projectors, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing setups.
Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain audio and video systems for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair audio-visual equipment, including diagnosing technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate audio-visual components into larger systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems.
• Provide technical support during events, ensuring seamless operation of audio and video equipment.
• Document maintenance procedures, system configurations, and equipment inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Audio Video Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proficient in the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with various audio and video connectors, cables, and signal types.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for audio-visual systems.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environments.

Education and Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in audio-visual technology or electronics are a plus.
