    Description

    Kavaliro is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Proposal Manager to lead proposal development efforts for a leading construction firm in Fort Lauderdale.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop compelling proposals and marketing materials to support business development, aligning with company branding and client expectations.
    • Supervise and mentor a marketing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
    • Oversee proposal strategy, content development, and design to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
    • Create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
    • Maintain and enhance proposal templates, marketing collateral, and presentation materials.
    • Drive innovation in marketing strategies and implement new approaches to improve proposal success rates.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing proposal development within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.
    • Proven experience managing a marketing team.
    • Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
