    POSITION SUMMARY
    Coordinate, supervise, and control warehouse operations and administrative processes in accordance with inventory policy and guidelines, product management, etc. Ensure timely supply to all areas and regions.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSInventory controlRegistration of incoming and outgoing goodsReceipt of merchandise in a timely mannerSupply of merchandise in warehouseCompliance with the uniform warehouse layoutPicking and Preparation of order requestsCommunication with buyers and suppliers for deliveriesReception of uniform requestsSupply to internal customersAssembly of orders according to request and shipment by parcelReceive, storage, picking, packing and shipping processesPurchase of various materials for organizational development sitePurchase of material for maintenance and general remodeling of the siteManagement of petty cashRegistration of invoicesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


    High school diploma, GED or equivalent(1) years' of experience in inventory controlBilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    SAP preferred but not mandatory.

    While performing duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

    The associate is frequently required to walk. The associate is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The associate is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.

    Specific vision abilities may be required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to focus.

    While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals and fumes or airborne particles.

    The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office levels to loud.
