o The Active Senior Mentor shall provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for junior operators, course curriculum, and references o Provide the government customer with advice for job qualification standards o Maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT mission o Instruct platform-training courses in the area of active geolocation operations

Qualifications:

o Five (5) years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven (7) years producing precision geolocation solutions of known actionable personal communication devices (PCDs) using Aerial Precision Geolocation (APG) with the U.

S
Government, one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor)

o Current or previous Expeditionary Mission Center (EMC) Tradecraft and Compliance (T&C) Remote or Air instructor certification in one or more active geolocation technologies (e.g.

, 2G, 3G, CDMA, and WiFi) is highly desired
o To obtain an instructor certification, the Instructor Candidate must hold an Active Operator Certification, or be in the recertification window, in the technology and type the Instructor Candidate is attempting to certify as an instructor
o To qualify for this labor category, the Instructor Candidate must obtain one EMC T&C Remote Operator Instructor Certification within 30 days of indoctrination on the contract
o It is highly desired that each Active Geolocation Senior Mentor obtain multiple EMC T&C Remote or Air instructor certifications throughout the performance of the contract
