- High-level technician that has a strong skill set in a manufacturing setting.
- Responsible for maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment, as well as carrying out process monitoring that is laid out by management and engineering.
- Monitor the production process controls (Quality, Safety, Efficiency), log and analyze data, etc.
- Assist technicians in the work area to maintain workflow.
- Measure and record equipment performance.
- Load, unload, and operate different industrial manufacturing tools.
- Check for safety issues and take appropriate action.
- Maintain work area and equipment.
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and QMS (Quality Management System) guidelines.
- Currently pursuing a college degree in science or engineering
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration
- Ability to stand, use hands and arms to handle, feel and reach.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- The ability to read and understand process instructions, working bill of materials and quality inspection tasks is required.
- Regularly required to stand, use hands to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
