is seeking qualified candidates to join our Defense Enclave Services team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies
We are actively seeking a Staff Systems Solutions Engineer (SE), who will play a critical role in building and sustaining customer relationships while driving the adoption of innovative solutions to achieve mission-based outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Participates in Due Diligence and Site Survey activities across a breadth of technologies and services.
• Creates workflow diagrams documenting performance area service value chains & technology mission threads to identify service delivery handoffs and bottlenecks.
• Evaluates architectures and processes for opportunities for meaningful and measurable improvements.
• Develops and reviews Technical Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and other deliverables.
• Works across organizational lines to provide technical input across contract deliverables.
• Supports development of product/service roadmaps.
• Present and advocate for the design and value of a proposed solution with business case to customer stakeholders.
• Continued learning about VMware Tanzu products through selfstudy, collaboration with peers, and organizational training

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
• 5+ years handson experience designing or implementing solutions.
• Understanding of cloudnative design and agile software delivery principles.
• Experience presenting technology solutions to small and large audiences.
• Analytical ability, problemsolving skills, and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Effective in working both independently and in a team setting
