Patricia Munoz Psychological And Research Center in Katy, TX is looking for one board certified behavior analyst (bcba) bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) to join our 28 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The BCBA will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing ongoing support and training to our clients, their families, and our team of behavior technicians. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors and develop individualized treatment plans.

Design and implement evidence-based interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address skill deficits and challenging behaviors.

Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members involved in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and promote generalization of skills across various settings.

Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, behavior plans, and reports, in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
