Bertelsmann is undergoing a massive transformation in the area of recruiting technology; investing resources to transform and build better technology and enable world class candidate experiences for our current and future talent pipelines.

The HR Strategy & Systems US team is looking for somebody who can embrace technology, software and customer service and sit at the forefront of service delivery – to assist the end users with software and process related questions, tasks and projects for our North American companies. The ideal candidate is a solid multi-tasker, and comfortable working with multiple questions, priorities and tasks. We are currently hiring for all seasons (Summer, Spring, and Fall) and immediate openings.

This individual will serve as a Success Factors Application coordinator, providing ad-hoc support in SAP Success Factors, in the module areas of RCM (Recruiting, Onboarding, and Recruitment Marketing) in addition to integrated third-party applications.

Typical job duties include the following:

• Working with photo & image editing software to update micro sites
• System testing using various scenarios and scripts
• Documentation of materials such as user manuals, tip guides, help text, and PowerPoint, and other formats
• Research & recommend updates in recruiting trends (indeed, Google, Facebook, Glassdoor, comparably, XING, Linked-in, and other international networks.)
• Analyze online presence and identify (and manage) improvements
• Support dashboards and reports

The Recruiting Solutions Specialist will be very knowledgeable working with SaaS (Software as a Service) and working with Excel, PowerPoint, and other web based software.

The idea candidate with be software & internet savvy, project management oriented, and data-driven in their daily work lives.

Multi-lingual, Photoshop, and web design a plus.
