    SUMMARY OF POSITION:


    Responsible for the business analysis and management of digital projects for Berlitz in the Cincinnati, OH office or Princeton, NJ headquarters.

    Must have an excellent customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. The key focus of the position is review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.


    Furthermore, this is a highly collaborative role, working closely with all departments to assign, schedule, review and monitor projects to ensure progress is within expected guidelines, meets business requirements completed on time, and within budget.


    Position will regularly work across multiple time zones globally and engage with other business units and its users as needed.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    Lead the execution of enterprise application, web, and infrastructure project deployment strategies and tactics
    Act as a strategic partner between the business community and IT to resolve functional and technical issues related to business-critical applications
    Work closely with department leads across company units to identity business requirements and ensure alignment of all deliverables
    Analysis, planning, project execution, and transition of IT initiatives for Berlitz and ELS
    Manage scope, schedule, expectation, budget and dependency to ensure the quality of project deliverables
    Analyze and recommend adjustments to implementation approach in response to changing business needs.
    Set and meet clear milestones for project delivery

    Risk management:
    Identify, facilities and drives the resolution of project issues
    Efficient organization and management of internal and external project resources
    Conduct project meetings, tracks and monitor tasks, milestone deliverables
    Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
    Identify project level metrics and KPIs relevant to project success
    Conduct post project reviews to collect data, analyze trends and report on performance
    Work with the business community to document functional test scenarios, test plans, and end-user acceptance testing

    QUALIFICATIONS/ RELATED EXPERIENCE


    Education:
    Four-year college degree in related field. PMP, Six Sigma, & technical certifications a plus


    Experience:
    Five+ years of experience in cross disciplinary management of technology projects and Business Analyst experience a must.


    Competencies:
    Must be able to analyze business concepts and present to both technical and non-technical audiences
    Must be able to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    Superior communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver presentations to the C- level Executives
    Proficient in MS Project, Excel and other project management tools
    Highly organized and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment
    Must be able to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects
    Experience in IT infrastructure and Development projects

    Occasional after hours work as needed.
    A customer service mindset to work with non-technical users in pressure situations
    Personal integrity and strong work ethic
    Ability to manage and work with a team or as an individual


    Physical Demands:
    Office work related to hours of meetings, sitting at a desk and computer input


    Work Environment:
    Business casual corporate office environment


    Travel Requirements:
    As needed, generally <25%
