The Executive Director (ED) of Process Improvement (PI) and Business Support directly reports to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Revenue Cycle, and has responsibility and accountability for providing the leadership necessary to set and support execution of the strategic direction and success of the organization's revenue cycle support functions,Responsibilities
- Oversees Project Management team- Collaborates with Automation team
- Oversees Vendor Management team
- Oversees corporate revenue cycle financial activities
