Our team is growing and looking for youConsider becoming a valued member of our team as a District Maintenance Technician for our Kentucky District Office in Erlanger, KY.

Who you are:

General maintenance knowledge:
Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
Good communication skills and proficiency in basic computer or smartphone use. Comfortable working on ladders to perform roof and siding repairs and gutter cleaning.
Prior maintenance experience and own basic hand tools.
Valid driver's license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance.
Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you'll do as a Maintenance Technician:
Performing various maintenance tasks from service requests.
Keeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape.
Working on ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, etc.
Providing customer service to homeowners and Board of Directors. Managing priorities and competing demands in a busy environment.
Respond to emergencies while on call or, at any time the situation presents.


Work scheduled:
Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm. with on-call rotation.
