    Description

    OK4WD, one of the leading offroad and overland ecommerce retailers in the nation based in Stewartsville, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our ecommerce team and enhance our customer satisfaction as we continue to grow.
    As an Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-online, over the phone, and via email. You'll play a key role in providing support, answering questions, and guiding customers through their truck upfitting and off-road needs. While specific vehicle knowledge isn't required, an extroverted candidate with confidence and determination to get customers an answer will be the most successful.
    This is a role with opportunities to grow here at OK4WD. This role is full time in person at OK4WD in Stewartsville, NJ.
    Responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre and post-sales support
    • Processing orders from ecommerce website, phone, and emails
    • Maintaining working knowledge of products, and order fulfillment policies and procedures
    • Responding to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chat
    • Updating customer records in the company database
    • Performing other duties as required
    Job Requirements:
    • Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customers
    • Passion and knowledge of the automotive and off-road industries a plus
    • Experience with BigCommerce a plus
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies including CRM, POS, and web based systems
    • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and multitasking a must
    • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Good team worker
    • Must be detail oriented and responsible
    • Must have ability to accept constructive feedback
