Responsibilities
- Facilitate direct team members' workflow within assigned department including maintaing shop schedules distributing work disseminating information assigning team members for absences answering questions resolving problems.
- Control costs minimize scrap rework costs anticipate react production problems delays material shortages equipment malfunctions.
