Job summary
This position functions as part of the Financial Aid Department and is responsible for financial aid packaging and billing,as well as providing guidance to students and parents in student financing issues.
- Team member in providing excellent customer service and process efficiencies.
- Determination of eligibility and awarding various types of federal,state,institutional funds in compliance with federal state regulations university discount rate targets audit requirements .
- Advise students parents in relation to payment plan options provide customer service processing packaging issues including answering routine questions responding correspondence counseling students needed assist University orientation events Royal Registration activities including financial aid presentations requested work closely other university departments assist efforts toward recruitment retention processes .
