Job Description

Marathon Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate with forklift operating experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both single and double forklifts and be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Operate a double forklift in addition to a single forklift.
Furnish all materials required for all blendings.
Clean all debris out of material used for blending (Perlite Bags, collect pallets around the bulk area, etc.).
Consistently clean the bag house (dump container when full).
Empty all filled bins of material from production.
Fill up the perlite bin when needed.
Help production when time allows.
Clean Vibra-Pro often to ensure performance of the equipment.
Work around the yard and make sure everything is functioning well.
Collect soil samples periodically.
Clean pole barn.
Ensure no other contaminants go in the product as is being mixed.
Complete inventory every month.
Weekly turn in forklift inspection form.
Bi-Weekly turn in (Min-Max) inventory report.
Keep area well organized.
Operate loader from time to time if a lead loader operator is absent or on vacation.
Pump water out of the contact pond and add water if needed (keep logs updated).

Requirements:

Must have experience operating both single and double forklifts.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
