    Shift Details:
    Monday-Friday 6:45am to 3:00pm or 6:45am to 5:00pmOccasional call weekdays from 5:00pm to 7:00am and Weekends Friday 5:00pm to Monday 7:00amSchedule:6/24-6/287/15-7/197/29-8/211/28 24 hour call11/29 24 hour call11/30 24 hour call12/1 24 hour call12/24 7a-3p, 3p-7a beeper call12/25 24 hour call6:45a-3p shifts with occasional night beeper call

    CRNAs and nursesAmount of Coverage Needed per Month: 4 weeks per monthPatients per day: 4-8Patient Population/Age: All ages

    Department Description:

    We do a lot of geriatric fractures, urology, general surgery (no bariatrics), advanced breast cancer surgery, total joints, and ALL endoscopy under Propofol infusion.3000 OR cases and 3000 endoscopy cases/year.

    500 OB deliveries per year.


    EMR:

    CernerHospital Bed size: 87Skills: Current OB anesthesia skills and energy/ability to cover OB plus OR and endoscopy at night and on weekends is a must.

    The locums anesthesiologist will always have a CRNA to back them up.


    Practice Setting:

    Board Certification: Must be BC or BE

    AZ License
