    Responsibilities
    • Strategize and lead the establishment and implementation of HR programs and processes to support a startup organization
    • Design and execute HR policies, protocols, and information systems while proactively documenting and maintaining compliance with laws, and regulations
    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to build full life cycle on-boarding/off-boarding goals, KPIs, and processes
    • Manage payroll, benefits, compensation packages activities
    • Become an expert in each job's expectations and ideal candidate
    • Support producing job descriptions, jobs listings, managing applications, offers, etc.
    • Schedule and conduct interviews while exercising best judgment to assess skills, knowledge, expectations, and culture fit
    • Become a leader of company culture, drive change, and urge diversity while developing strategies that push employee engagement, positive experiences, ultimately making CorDx a preferred employer
    • Gather, analyze, and present recommendations based on information related to the recruitment progress, labor market, compensation trends, and new HR policies
    • Lead management and related teams to understand the organizations' talent position, identify gaps, and build short and long-term HR strategies/initiatives
    • Strategize end of year processes, including compensation planning, talent calibration, performance reviews and lead respective reporting and data collection.
    • Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company
    Requirements
    • 3+ years of full lifecycle HR managerial experience (high volume is preferred)
    • Bilingual (Spanish is highly preferred)
    • Data-backed track record of success in HR management
    • Expertise of HR processes and best practices with respect to hiring, onboarding, and record keeping per federal/state law
    • Expertise in payroll processing and related workflows and platforms
    • Familiarity of warehouse management or production/manufacturing environments
    • Flexibility with language barriers at all levels
