Key Responsibilities:

Grant and Contract Officer II Position Duties:

Manage a portfolio of non-negotiable awards and moderately complex contracts
Provide guidance on grant and contract policies to faculty and staff
Review, negotiate, and accept incoming research grants and contracts
Process subawards and monitor sponsored programs
Contribute to process improvement and policy development

Senior Grant and Contract Officer Position Duties:

Oversee a diverse portfolio of incoming grants and contracts
Review and negotiate complex proposal and award policies
Resolve conflicts and interpret laws and regulations
Negotiate research agreements with a focus on risk management
Engage in proposal review and approval processes

What You Will Need:

Grant and Contract Officer II Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Five years of grant and contract officer experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to diversity and inclusivity

Senior Grant and Contract Officer Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Seven years of grant and contract officer experience
Advanced expertise in federal regulations and contract negotiation
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Working Conditions: Hybrid or remote work options available

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills

Pay Period: Monthly
