Job summary
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for organizing and administering the facility's nursing services including establishing goals, developing policies and procedures,and ensuring adequate numbers and qualifications of staff are available to perform nursing services. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on department
and facility performance.
