    Job DescriptionKable Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a GREAT customer of ours in Greendale, OH. This company has lots of advancement opportunity. This is a direct hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
    • Perform visual inspections of products for defects or irregularities.
    • Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment as they arise.
    • Assemble and package finished products for shipment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
    • Proficiency in working with your hands.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
    • Basic math skills.
    • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the duration of your shift.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Valid driver's license.
