Position Summary:
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life:Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
