CDM USA, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join their sales team in their headquarters at Miami (Doral), FL.

As the Outside Sales Representative, you will sell baler equipment specialized in compacting cardboard, PET, and textiles to commercial businesses and must be competent on the procedures of customer solutions and equipment for transparency and support.

· Presentation skills and ability to demonstrate effective sales orientation

· Ability to work independently and in teams.

· Proven problem-solving and negotiations skills

· Must speak and write English and Spanish

· Previous experience in sales

· Computer Savvy (word, excel and power point)

Bilingual outside sales representative job responsibilities

· Utilize Sales-force to gain further insight into customer needs, active projects, and to support team selling strategy

· Schedule sales meetings and deliver solutions on immediate customer requests (includes onsite visits, phone calls, emails from customers)

· Drive new business and overall Active Customer Growth

· Leverage marketing & sales tools to identify solutions and sell to new customers

· Recover declining & dormant customers via sales tools and marketing campaigns

· Work with Inside Sales team to provide solutions to customers around equipment- needs assessment, training, demonstrations, quotations, catalogs, credit applications, etc.

· Negotiate prices in accordance with pricing policies and procedures

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management

This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday.
