Employee Retention Program Coordinator - Long Prairie

Job summary
The Employee Retention Program (ERP) Coordinator keeps ERP program running smoothly.You will help manage the program guide new team members through their onboarding process make sure orientation training is completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Handle any ERP issues reporting them to leadership when necessary giving feedback to improve team member retention attendance.
- Facilitate various ERP training sessions ensure everything follows company policies Coordinate employee retention program ensure positive onboarding experience for new team members Implement monitor complete orientation training program on time report issues to next level of leadership if ERP is not functioning properly at plant Provide feedback help reduce turnover increase retention positively impact team member attendance Facilitate trainings using prepared resources materials including weekly trainer meeting weekly new hire meeting New ERP Trainer Onboarding weekly leadership meeting review attendance turnover retention with Site Manager partner with ERP Manager best practices comply with company policies procedures utilize escalation process when necessary Other duties assigned.
