Define containment actions to apply for customer protection (including supplier Issues)

Do vehicle issue diagnosis and root cause analysis.

Ensure that the team carries out the pre-analysis activities on time.

Do risk assessments and lead corrective action plans.

Guarantee the product – process maturity of the components of his perimeter management of serial life (windows change management).

Propose alternative product solution in case of issues (as shortage) to avoid to stop mass production in the plant

Participate in Quality ENG tech clubs.

Implementation of good idea and standards (Read Across)

Ensure the right application in the plant of the technical requirements and the meta function "me ́tiers" standards of his perimeter.

Ensure that the skills of the team is at the right level

Ensure the management activities of his team (daily management control meeting)

Ensure that his team is working in safety.

Lead quality KPI management to achieve quality objectives, driving improvement/corrective actions and escalation.

Resolution of systemic/chronic or major quality issues (Top Warranty, Recalls, ...)

Technical support Yard Holds / Product Related Issues (PRI's) technical referent inside the PRI.

Set-up / On-going Controls for Process / product Standards for Vehicle & System Functional Objectives (i.e. ADAS, BSR, FEA)
