    Job Description: OVERVIEW

    The R&D Temporary Scientist plays a key role in conducting various laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and assisting in the fabrication and maintenance of experimental apparatus. They will be involved in production scale membrane casting runs and characterization.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Under the guidance of R&D leaders, the R&D Temporary Scientist is accountable for:

    1. Preparation of laboratory formulations and solutions
    2. Screening new membrane formulations
    3. Collaborating on R&D pilot runs
    4. Analyzing and reporting experimental data
    6. Modifying experimental apparatus
    7. Contributing to new testing methods
    8. Providing lab support and inventory maintenance
    10. Fulfilling other support duties as needed

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

    The ideal candidate should possess:

    1. AA degree in Chemistry, Physics, or related fields; or relevant laboratory experience
    2. Ability to work efficiently and independently
    3. Strong problem-solving skills
    4. Attention to detail and observational skills
    5. Great communication and interpersonal abilities
    6. Capacity to thrive in a dynamic team setting
    7. Effective time management and multitasking skills
    8. Strict adherence to safety protocols
