- Provide comprehensive support to the firm's growing workers' compensation practice.
- Assist in diverse tasks, supporting multiple attorneys.
- Manage communication effectively between clients, attorneys, and external parties.
- Organize and prioritize workload efficiently with a keen eye for detail.
- Adapt and grow within the role to meet evolving needs.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (highly preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage tasks.
- At least one year of experience in Workers' Compensation law, although candidates with personal injury experience demonstrating transferrable skills will be considered.
- Paralegal certification is not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in-office five days a week, with potential for future remote work options based on performance.
- Availability for an 8:30 am to 5:30 pm schedule (with flexibility).
- Trial experience is not required.
- A commitment to supporting the firm's goals and multiple attorneys.
