Looking for a candidate that can lead a construction relocation project and after completion take on a lean leadership role. Must have a BS degree and construction project management experience within lean manufacturing.

responsibilities:
Next 2 years:
- Responsible for overseeing key aspects of our building project from start to finish.
- Oversee every phase of the construction project. Manage constraints and develop contingencies to address risks that are anticipated and those that are unexpected.
- Chair regular upper management meeting that provides updates on the progress relative to budget and timelines. They will need to manage stakeholder expectations with both formal and informal communications.
- Transition Manufacturing operations from existing facility to New Operational campus, while still meeting all customer requirements.
The Building and transition Project is estimated to take 2 years to complete. Upon conclusion, this individual will transition into a Lean Process leadership role. This individual will have the transformational opportunity to create a Lean Platform and Culture in a Global Business.
