    This role involves having face-to-face interactions with customers and contributes to the development and implementation of customer service policies. The CSR will interact and collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide a high level of service by connecting with clients to provide updates on their orders and discuss future orders.

    Assist with daily operational scheduling; meet with 1st and 2nd shift Production Supervisors to check orders status and workflow. Collaborate with the Production Manager to create a daily report of customer orders currently in-house. Review scheduled expected completion dates against current order statuses to ensure on-time completion. Review and update invoices, packing slips, certifications for customers. Troubleshoot incorrect paperwork orders and discrepancies. Maintain the Monthly On-Time Delivery (OTD)

    Report. Keep up to date with Contract Review Master List through weekly review of Terms & Conditions and Quality Clauses. Meet with planners daily to discuss incoming/outgoing work orders. Meet with planners weekly to discuss challenges, order managing and solutions for the week. Participate in production team meetings. Communicate information and updates to appropriate departments. Supports S & R department
    • Receive and enter customer orders in the RMF system.
    E-mail Customer Satisfaction Surveys to top customers annually. Answer incoming phone calls. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Accountability
