- Minimal 3 years clinical experience as audiologist,
- Administers qualitative diagnostic, habilitative, and rehabilitative services related to communication/hearing disorders for inpatients and outpatients of all ages
- Provides counseling to patients and/or their families with regard to the diagnostic findings, the therapeutic program or further referral
- Facilitates communications with referring physicians and other providers
- Updates diagnostic and/or therapeutic materials and supplies
- Coordinates and attends in service/lectures on subjects related to hearing and communication
- Manage scheduling, staff orientation and mentorship, payroll, performance appraisals and audiology department operations,
- Work with director on candidate hiring, program development, and quality improvement,
- Strong teamwork, communication and documentation skills required for intradisciplinary and interdisciplinary communication,

RWJBH is seeking an Audiology Coordinator at the New Brunswick campus,
This is a full-time, day position, 40 hours per week,
Requirements/Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience preferred,
Requirements:
New Jersey state licensure in audiology required
Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association required
Experience with vestibular testing and or cochlear implant assessment, mapping, activation strongly preferred
