Job description
I'm hiring a small team (or an agency) to build the website content + visual design system for my new brand, Turn Over Studio — a business and marketing consulting studio positioned around one clear promise.
I have a detailed internal document (one-pager + sitemap + page-by-page brief) that I'll share during the 1:1 discussion.At a high level, I need:
1) Website Copy (Writer)
Clear, premium copy for all core pages: Home, About, Services overview, 5 service pages, PMS master + 3 subpages, Work/Case studies template, Insights/Playbooks, Contact
Strong headlines, section structure, CTAs, and FAQs
The first two pages (Brand Film Studio and Performance & Media Studio) must be unusually strong and "smart" — showing how we think, not generic agency language
2) Visual Design + Brand Guide (Designer)
A modern, contemporary, slightly artistic design system
Base style:
white background + black text (no colored body text)
Accent colors used only for:
logo/marks, buttons/CTAs, subtle section tints, dividers, highlights
Color direction:
Yellow / Orange / Green (either one or two of these, plus black/white)
Deliverables:
website UI direction (Figma), component styles, spacing rules, typography, and 2–3 homepage mockups showing palette variations
What I expect (collaboration & decision-making)
You should be comfortable working as a writer + designer team (or agency) and coordinating together.
I prefer structured iterations:
Sitemap + wireframe-level layout for key pages
Copy draft + visual direction for Home + 2 flagship pages
Full site rollout + refinements
I will give feedback quickly, but I expect you to propose options and lead the process (not wait for micro-instructions).
A team that has done premium websites for studios/agencies/consultancies
Strong sense of typography, layout, and modern web storytelling
Writers who can express strategy simply, without buzzwords
