Job Title: Digital Lab Email Product Owner

Summary: As the Digital Lab Email Product Owner at AbbVie, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of email specialists responsible for creating emails for non-personal promotion and office and field communications in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities include:

Onboard, train, and lead a high-performing team of email specialists
Collaborate with multiple departments and agencies for project development
Manage workload, analyze performance, and optimize brand emails
Develop project documents, timelines, and proofing checklists
Work with cross-functional teams to create efficient processes
Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies
Provide thought leadership and implement industry advancements
Conduct quarterly business reviews and audits
Manage migration to email platforms and drive capability improvements
Oversee resource management and capacity planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
10+ years of Email Marketing Experience
Experience leading high performing teams of email specialists
Strong client service and project management skills
Expert knowledge of email marketing tools and technologies
