    • Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office Suite
    • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or other highly regulated industry is desired
    • Superb communication skills to work cross functionally with other organizations within and outside of Supernal
    • Comprehensive expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, design, technical documentation, and business process reengineering
    • System Administrator supporting Salesforce and/or on premise Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence in a startup environment highly desired
    • Experience in implementing Slack Enterprise Grid instance, defining Slack standards and policies, and implement Slack security tools and standards highly desired
    • Experience in deploying HR system including Hiring, Employee Master Data, Employee Self Service, and HR analytics a plus
    • While ERP knowledge is not mandatory, experience integrating other business software with ERP a plus
    • Handson technofunctional experience in any of the following: BI, CRM, CLM, HRM, SCM, PLM, and MES, a plus
    • Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive improvements
    • Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
    • Knowledge of industry regulations such as ITAR or EAR a plus
