    Job Description

    Facilitate project document management as necessary to ensure the successful collection and organization of all project-related documentation


    Detailed items shall include:
    Leads/coordinates a team of Document Controllers.
    Maintain/set up the Document Control System (procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc.)
    Gate keeper of the Document Control rules and procedures.
    First line of contact in the case of an escalation of a Document Control related issue.
    The lead is the technical authority, clarification, arbitration role regarding document control issues.

    Initiate the project record effort by ensuring the appropriate guidelines are available, understood, and implemented for the project in accordance with client Document management systems, controls, processes, and procedures.

    Assist the Document Controllers in the establishment of a list of the required project record items required for each project.

    Support other team members to balance workload.


    Requirements


    CONDUCT

    • Able to achieve various State mandated certifications, OSHA, TWIC, and other requirements as may be deemed necessary.
    • Prioritize "Zero is achievable" safety policy in words and actions to protect self, others and the environment.
    • High ethical standards - unwilling to compromise on worker safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Demonstrates positive, supportive, and cooperative behavior in interacting with co-workers, supervisors and management.
    Strong organizational, interpersonal and planning skills. Strong leadership abilities.
    Working knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
    Understands electrical and instrumentation construction and workflow processes.
    Some bending, climbing, crawling, lifting and shift work will be required.
    Ability to accurately perform other duties as assigned.
