The Tech lead s responsibilities include:
Having a well understanding of the system architecture and functionalities
Own the DB upgrade
Help the DBAs
Able to handle the DB side issues raised by the developers.
Analyze the DB reports and AWR ADDM ASH reports
Should be able to work directly with client
Ability to work independently
Maintain the database
Optimize the database
Lead the DB team
Train and guide the junior developers
Provide weekly, monthly reports to the PM
