Title: RN IMCU II

Responsibilities:

• PATIENT AND FAMILY CENTERED CARE: "Provides Patient and Family Centered Care to patients, families, visitors and internal customers"
• KNOWLEDGE OF DISEASE PROCESS: Applies knowledge of practices and interventions for specific populations with specific conditions.
• Maintain continuity of care with the nursing team by communicating plan of care and follow through with multidisciplinary team ensuring that patient administration of care for all services provided are organized, planned and delivered.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Stay up to date with current health system initiatives and incorporates evidence-based practice and research into practice.
• Maintains current knowledge in area of clinical practice.
