Project Manager - Torrance

Job summary
Provides professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments at a client site campus and facilities Interacts with client representatives onsite receives direction and coordinates with the property or facility management team Monitors and coordinates the execution of the various services and processes relating to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvements Works in collaboration with the assigned account manager building or facility management team clients owners and others The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients facility managers building engineers consultants to drive successful outcomes across multiple retail projects Oversee all aspects of project management for multiple retail projects including planning design construction closeout Develop maintain comprehensive project plans schedules milestones aligned with client objectives Manage project budgets ensure financial accountability throughout the project Coordinate documentations drawings specifications design intent ensuring alignment budget scope objective Lead RFP process creation RFIs bid walks bid leveling award recommendations Monitor progress track deliverables proactively identify mitigate risks Maintain accurate timely updates in project management systems Communicate status clearly consistently clients managements bi-weekly basis Prepare agendas lead meetings issue meeting minutes actionable items Assist selection contracting oversight consultants construction teams Review requisitions change orders invoices collaborate cost impacts Ensure compliance corporate policies procedures Coordinate security personnel upcoming activities Provide proper documentation approvals changes Continuously improving skills abilities industry best practices Local travel percent
