Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee a team of Insurance Sales Representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized insurance solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients, retain existing clients, and maximize revenue.
Performance Monitoring: Track team and individual performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to optimize results.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Have an Active Florida Life & Health Insurance License or be willing to get one (we help)Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing successful sales teams.Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and sales strategies.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members and clients.Results-Driven: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
