    Description

    Radiological Technologist Job Description

    We are seeking a licensed, registered Radiological Technologist to perform routine and specialized CT procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the standards of ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
    • Demonstrate courteous behavior through polite and respectful communication with all customers, adhering to 7 customer behaviors
    • Utilize scanning protocols to demonstrate necessary anatomy and adjust technical factors according to age-specific needs in a timely manner
    • Administer oral and/or IV contrast as needed
    • Assist physicians in procedures when required
    • Complete documentation according to specific guidelines
    • Maintain supplies, equipment, and work areas to be readily available when needed
    • Adhere to hospital policies and professional standards
    • Comply with Radiation Safety and ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) Standards

    Requirements:

    • 1 year of CT experience is required
    • The scope includes performing CT exams on outpatients, inpatients, and ED patients
    • Patient Population: Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
