The ideal candidate will either have experience selling motorcycles and powersports in an e-commerce setting or be very knowledgeable about them
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about powersports vehicles.
Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism - If you cannot answer the question, make an honest effort to ensure you get the answer from the right source (no matter what they need).
Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional writing and email skills.
Keep up-to-date with incoming inventory and operate software to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and interactions with guests into the CRM through data entry.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads is desired but not necessary
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written, including exceptional email skills.
Energetic and outgoing personality.
Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor.
The willingness to persistently follow up with customers.
Internet savvy with excellent computer and organizational skills to track leads.
Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles.
