    The Courtyard by Marriott Kingston is a 128-room hotel, owned and operated by Easton's Group of Hotels.

    Located just off of the 401 hwy, it features 2 meeting rooms, the Bistro restaurant and a pool with a 100-ft water slide.

    Courtyard by Marriott Kingston is looking for someone who is friendly and professional to join our Guest Services team as a Front Desk Supervisor
    What will you be doing?

    Assisting the Front Office Manager in managing front desk service operations including guest registration, bell services, telephone services, night audit and guest reservations to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability.

    Monitoring performance and recommending corrective or disciplinary action. Alerting management of potentially serious issues.

    Accurately processing all cash and credit card transactions per established procedures including but not limited to posting all charges, completing cashier or other reports, preparing deposits, and counting/securing assigned bank.

    Performing all Guest Service Representative functions as required; may assist in booking room reservations; may assist in answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of messages.

    Promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with others
    What are the requirements for this role?
    Basic reading, writing and math abilities.
    High School diploma or equivalent, plus one-year front office/guest relations experience including some supervisory training/experience. Some college is preferred.
    May be required to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
    Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and training abilities are often used.
