    • Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide information about beach rules, rentals, and amenities
    • Set up and take down beach umbrellas and chairs for guests throughout the day
    • Maintain rental inventory and ensure equipment is in good condition
    • Maintain cleanliness of beach areas including trash removal and organizing common spaces
    • Monitor beach activity to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests
    • Follow all safety and company policies to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
    Requirements
    • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
    • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting
    • Must be at least 16 years old
    Additional Information:
    Employees under 18 years old may be paid less than the state minimum wage as per NJAC 12:56-12.
