Preconstruction Manager - Water/Wastewater Division

This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the preconstruction phase for water and wastewater treatment projects, serving as a project manager with a specialized focus on preconstruction.

• Create, manage and drive the preconstruction schedule, milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration between design and construction teams to optimize design solutions for constructability, cost-efficiency and schedule impact.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation planning during early project phases.
• Oversee preparation of detailed estimates and procurement strategies in coordination with estimating team.
• Serve as main point of contact for client and design team during preconstruction phase.
