- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Handle Rental Applications (ideal candiate would be someone who has worked with rental properties)
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with vendors and contractors.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, income statements, and expense reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and minimize vacancy rates.
- Assist with the preparation of leasing agreements and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract prospective tenants.
