Sr. Portfolio Accountant ($105,000 base + Bonus)
Our client is looking for a Sr.
Portfolio Accountant who will supervise and perform the primary accounting function for a diverse publicly traded REIT's corporate and property level General Ledgers (G/L).

Responsibilities
Facilitating the calculation and payment of corporate G&A expenses due to the client.
Generating and reviewing financial reports and supporting work papers monthly, quarterly, and annually on a GAAP basis
Handling all financial aspects of several portfolios of senior living communities
Assisting in the internal audit process
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a 3.0 minimum GPA
3 years of accounting experience
Proficiency with Property Management/Accounting software. Yardi preferred
Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail
