Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience managing Structural Steel Projects or 5 years of construction management experience.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be familiar with steel fabrication, erection and installation processes
• Must have experience managing commercial projects
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints required

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement projects from bid award to completion, including coordination with detailers, connection design, RFIs, submittals, shop release and support for erection.
• Resolve tough conflicts with little to no direction
• Coordinate meetings
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and the customer is satisfied
• Communicate with internal team on timelines, scope of work, etc.
• Progress invoicing
