    Description

    Our client needs a proactive Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator.

    Location: Seattle, WA (3 days onsite, rest remote)

    Duration: 12 Months Contract

    Position Summary: The LMS Administrator will oversee training events, manage training data, and ensure LMS efficiency.

    Key Qualities:

    • 2+ years experience with SuccessFactors
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
    • ServiceNow familiarity is a plus
    • Effective time management and attention to detail
    • Experience in regulated industry

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Basic GMP and Quality knowledge
    • Proficiency in navigating document and LMS systems
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Customer-centric mindset with ability to adapt to new learning
    • Organized with strong attention to detail
    • Independence, accountability, and accuracy in work
    • Training design, development, and implementation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    LMS Administration, training data management, report generation, and front-line user support.

    • Ensure timely entry of training forms into the LMS
    • Review form submissions for accuracy and completeness
    • Manage training items and curricula in the LMS
    • Collaborate with audit experts for reports and training records
    • Provide technical user support
    • Research and resolve customer queries
    • Track and document customer requests
    • Maintain training offerings and records in the LMS

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3+ years systems experience in regulated industry, preferably Life Sciences
    • Background in Learning Management System (LMS) is advantageous
    • Equivalent education and experience considered
