The Senior Manager, Treasury oversees cash and debt for the organization. Under the direction of the Managing Director, Treasury and Risk Management, this position will be responsible to coordinate Treasury Strategy and Planning. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting cash and debt activities, ensuring proper auditing procedures, update cash and debt totals, and give variance reporting to the organization. This position will also prepare and review cash forecasts and provide financial analysis to the organization.
In alignment with our Finance vision, this position will support the transformation of care for the neediest populations by systematically developing business focused finance talent who generate and use information to drive great decisions, optimize performance and ensure accountability through transparency, actionable insights and education.
**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Analyzes cash flow,evaluatesand recommends investment optionsfor exceeding resources,andreviews and proposes the most adequate financing sources and instrumentsthat will meet the organizations treasury objectives.
+ Researches and report on financial, regulatory, and legal changes that affect organization's environment.
+ Monitors treasury and credit tracking.
+ Monitors and report on available cash, cash flow, and financial forecasts day to day andperiodically, including account balances, cash movement, bills, and taxes.
+ Approves and release payments, investing or borrowing when required.
+ Approves I/C settlements and reconciliations.
+ Creates capital plan and appropriate funds as required.
+ Tracks capital and other in-house expenditures.
+ Tracks profitability, risks and losses, letter of credit requirements, and other financial data.
+ Coordinates with external financial institutions to establish and maintain accounts and awareness.
+ Establishesand maintainspositive, ongoingstrongrelationships with the external financial community.
+ Participatesin the financial planning process.
+ Manages and directs the efforts of his/her team and is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, managing performance, developing and engaging personnel, in order to maintain a skilled and productive workforce to meet or exceedChenMedsbusiness goals.
+ Performs other duties as assigned and modified at managers discretion.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:**
+ Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance,Economicsor related field
+ Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
+ Minimumseven(7) years ofrelatedexperience
+ Privateequitycompanyexperienceand/orfinancing accelerated growth experiencepreferred
