AKABA LLC. welcomes reliable and enthusiastic professionals to join us as a part-time ABA Techs or Behavior Therapists.
Our dynamic ABA therapists provide 1-to-1 ABA services in the homes, centers, and community settings. We work with individuals aged 2-22 diagnosed with Autism (ASD) to help them reach meaningful milestones.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20 -$23 per hour to start -pay increases by $1-$3 over a 3-6 month period
Travel: Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
This is a great position for students and teachers of all sorts who desire regular but individualized scheduling.

BCBA candidates can access Lead Therapist opportunities at a differential rate.
Hours: 1:1 case matching allows us to create a custom schedule based on your availability, experiences, and our client's needs. During the school year, sessions are usually on weekdays in the after-school hours, but the exact timing is flexible and based on client assignments. Weekend shifts may also be available but are not required.
Qualifications: ABA Tech or Behavior Therapist applicants should enjoy working with children and have an interest in the Psychology field. Knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus, but not a requirement.
